We have been on the internet doing business for over 5 years now. We are here to stay and our experience, quality products and good business sense allows us to make the following promise to customers:

INK-Refills.com guarantees all our refill kit products  against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months (180 days) from the date of shipment. All ink has a shelf life of 2 years. All cartridges (refurbished and compatibles) are guaranteed for 90 days from date of shipment. 

In Addition, if any INK-Refills.com product does not perform to your satisfaction when used as directed, we will replace it at no charge or issue a refund upon return of the product. The shipping cost is not refunded. All we ask is that you do two things:
1. If it's a refill kit, remember the cartridge you are filling could be damaged so we would like you to try another cartridge.
2. Ask our support staff for help with your problem before returning as we solve more than 3 out of 4 customer problems.
There are no restocking fees charged for returns.

More Simply ==> Use our product as directed and if it doesn't work satisfactorily, contact our product support for help. If we can't get it working for you, return it for replacement or refund. There is NO RISK to you if the product does not meet your satisfaction. How's that?

We will also accept the return of any unopened product within 90 days of purchase date for refund or exchange to similar product. So, if you get a new printer or your old one "dies", we will try to work with you.

We do believe that "Quality doesn't cost - it PAYS". INK-Refills.com has been in this business and on the internet for nearly 5 years. We constantly search for the best quality inks, cartridges and other products that we can find. We will never be the lowest price for all of our products and we do not want to compete in that market. Our goal is to provide the customer with the highest quality product at a fair price with sound guarantees to back up the products offerred. We also do not "pad" our prices with fancy packaging and other unnecessary extras.

We think our support services are second to none in this business. We will attempt to help every visitor to our site - whether they are a customer or not. Simply surf our site and see for yourself all the free services and information available. If you don't find the answer to your question on site, send an e-mail and often we will answer within hours and usually the same day. Customer support questions are nearly all answered within 6 hours during business hours and for sure within 24 hours even on weekends.

Order fulfillment - we will confirm all online and fax orders on the same day as submitted so you can always be sure we understand your order and you will get what you wanted. We offer expedited shipping on the same day as ordered if before 2PM or next morning through USPS priority mail (extra $4 charge). Otherwise we make every attempt to ship your order within 48 hours of order confirmation and most orders go USPS priority mail unless otherwise requested.

Privacy Policy
There are a number of serious privacy issues on the internet and we would like to make our positions clear on some of them:

1. We do not "harvest" or otherwise obtain any personal information including e-mail addresses from visitors to our site without their consent or knowledge.

2. We do not send out mass mailing solicitations of any kind.

3. We do keep a database of e-mail addresses for all subscribers to our newsletter. We maintain this ourselves and will always immediately honor any request for removal from this mail list. If you are a customer or if you subscribed from our site, you will be on the newsletter list.

4. If you request any of the free e-books or ask questions of our support staff, you will be placed on a temporary e-mail list. You will receive a maximum of 3 follow up e-mails (one per week) basically to determine if you received what you requested and to be sure you are aware of our many services. If you find this to be intrusive, simply ask to be removed and you will NOT receive another e-mail (except by accident).

5. The e-mail data bases will NEVER be sold, traded or shared with anyone else for any purpose.

6. The e-mail data bases are stored on an external drive except during the sending of mail and therefore cannot be "hacked" into or otherwise compromised.

7. We are strong supporters of freedom of speech as it applies to the internet even though we do not agree with some of the available content and uses. We do not support government intervention. We do support individual rights and privacy rights and will do our best to respect them and conduct ourselves as responsible netizens.

Security Matters
We understand your concerns for personal security when placing orders or giving out personal information on the internet. That is why our e commerce store and Secure Order Form is run through a UNIX server secured by Equifax, one of the leading Security providers on the internet. UNIX servers are MUCH less vulnerable to security issues than Windows servers. If you would like information regarding our Security Certificate or information regarding Equifax, click on their Logo on our Home page or on the Order form. This high encryption and method of security is safer than the telephone or fax.

We wish to assure you that in nearly 5 years of business on the internet, we have never had a case of credit card fraud or stolen identity as a result of doing business with us. We will always do our best to insure your privacy and security.

Also, here are a couple of other facts. By federal law, the banks cannot recover more than $50.00 from you as a result of a stolen credit card as long as you report it stolen within a reasonable time period. MOST banks will even waive the $50.00 leaving you with no risk even if your fears are realized. In addition, most major credit card companies will alert you to any unusual transactions with your card - by amounts or location. Big Al says he has been alerted several times - but only when his wife had the card. After receiving the bills, he says he wished he had reported it stolen!

Finally, here is one more comment about using credit cards for internet purchases (of course it would never apply to us). Credit Cards are the best way to buy over the net for one major reason... If you are unhappy with your purchase and you do not get satisfaction from the vendor, you can dispute the charges thru your credit card provider. This gives you strong recourse to see that problems with vendors are resolved fairly. The vendor will have much more incentive to settle the dispute when he doesn't have the money in his pocket. It is much more difficult to exercize your rights if you paid by check, debit card or money order.
